Total War - Zone

Brauche mal wieder Hilfe,

ich spiele jetzt schon ne ganze Zeit BBW, jedoch habe ich damit zu oft CDT´s, deren Ursache mir Schleierhaft ist, daher gebe ich auf diesen Mod weiter zu spielen, der Frust ist einfach zu hoch.

EB habe ich auch versucht, aber sobald ich eine Kampagne starten will habe ich einen CTD, mehrere Installationen haben auch nicht geholfen, die Voraussetzungen erfülle ich aber.

Nun habe ich die Schnauze von den ganzen Mods voll und werde wieder auf das Original Spiel ausweichen, denn da hatte ich nie einen CDT.

Jedoch möchte ich wenigstens mit schönen Skins spielen, ich würde gerne die Skins der Einheiten (Hauptsächlich Römer) aus BBw in das Original importieren, mir gelingt dies aber nicht.

Welche Dateien muß ich denn kopieren?

Für Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar!

So, habe mich selber geholfen, aber für die, die auch gerne mit schönen Skins Ihr eigenes RTW spielen möchten ohne auf Mods zurückzugreifen (Großmods):

Empfehlung von mir: Modding Legions Full Pak V.1 f. RTW 1.5 in http://www.twcenter.net/forums/downloads.php?mod=43 suchen (Skins) und DL.

Dann von dort den PAK Extractor (unter Tools) DL.

Beide Dateien in einen Extraordner entpacken.

Dann gem. der Readme von Ferres verfahren (max. 10 min. Arbeit):



EASY INSTALLATION is possible, if you have a fresh installation of rtw v1.3 / v1.5 with no other mods previously installed!

In this case the instructions are very easy:



:::::::::::::::: PART I - Preparing your rtw-installation for the new UI-cards ::::::::::::::::


[1.] Download the PAK-extractor here: http://www.twcenter.net/downloads/db/?mod=43

[2.] Copy all the content of the pak-extractor into your rome installation directory under: ...\Rome - Total War\Data\Packs

[3.] Run the xpak.bat and let it finish to extract all the pak-files

[4.] Now there's a new "DATA"-folder into you ...\Rome - Total War\Data\packs folder

[5.] Go into the new "DATA"-folder

[6.] Copy the "UI" folder you find in the "DATA" folder and paste it into: ...\Rome - Total War\Data

[7.] Go back into the "packs"-folder and backup the following file: ui_1.pak

(Just rename it or copy it to a save location. It will the overwritten!)




:::::::::::::::: PART II - Installing the Modding Legions Mod ::::::::::::::::


[1.] Copy the "Data" folder of this zip file into your rtw folder (f.i. "C:\Games\Rome - Total War\")

[2.] When being asked to overwrite the existing data-folder click yes

[3.] What are you waiting for, start the game and have fun



But if you got other mods up and running you need to install the skins manually. Read the "README manual installation.txt"
for informations how to do this.
